Orders placed after the daily cutoff (e.g. 11 am PST in the reference policy) may be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Regions & Restrictions

We ship domestically within the United States.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, or Hawaii.

We also offer international shipping, but availability may vary by country.

Customs, duties, import taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

We offer free ground shipping on domestic orders over USD 120.

If an order is refused upon delivery, you (the customer) will be responsible for additional shipping fees.
5. Tracking & Notifications

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Signature may be required for orders over USD 1,000.

UPS (or the chosen carrier) delivers during standard business hours.
6. Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages

We are not liable for shipments delayed by carrier issues, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

Please contact customer service if your tracking indicates a problem.

In cases of lost or stolen packages, we can assist in filing claims with the carrier but liability is limited.
7. Returns & Refused Orders

If you refuse delivery, you are responsible for return shipping costs + any additional handling fees.
