Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after placement.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

  • Orders placed after the daily cutoff (e.g. 11 am PST in the reference policy) may be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Regions & Restrictions

  • We ship domestically within the United States.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, or Hawaii.

  • We also offer international shipping, but availability may vary by country.

  • Customs, duties, import taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • For domestic orders, ground shipping often takes 3–5 business days.

  • During high-volume periods (sales or holidays), delivery may take longer.

4. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

  • We offer free ground shipping on domestic orders over USD 120.

  • If an order is refused upon delivery, you (the customer) will be responsible for additional shipping fees.

5. Tracking & Notifications

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Signature may be required for orders over USD 1,000.

  • UPS (or the chosen carrier) delivers during standard business hours.

6. Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • We are not liable for shipments delayed by carrier issues, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

  • Please contact customer service if your tracking indicates a problem.

  • In cases of lost or stolen packages, we can assist in filing claims with the carrier but liability is limited.

7. Returns & Refused Orders

  • If you refuse delivery, you are responsible for return shipping costs + any additional handling fees.

  • Notify us beforehand if you decide not to accept delivery so we can guide you.

8. Legal & Miscellaneous

  • We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time; changes will be effective when posted.

  • Our shipping policy is part of the Terms & Conditions governing your purchases on poolshark.in.

  • For international orders, customs clearance, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
