Return & Refund Policy
At Pool Shark, we are dedicated to providing high-quality pool chemicals and equipment to keep your water pristine. To maintain the integrity of our products, any item eligible for a return must be in the same condition as received—unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all requests.
Reporting Damages & Defects
To ensure a swift resolution, please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must contact us at poolshark@jalaquainternational.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Your request must include a comprehensive video clearly demonstrating the defect. For chemical products and specialized equipment, the original lining or protective seal must remain unopened. If the inner lining has been tampered with or broken, the item will be considered used and will not be eligible for a return due to safety and quality control standards.
Refund Process & Shipping
Once your return is authorized, shipping company will arrange the return process. Please note that applicable return shipping charges will be deducted from your final refund amount.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to confirm if the refund is approved. For prepaid orders, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. For all other orders (including COD), customers must provide their UPI ID or Net Banking details to our support team to facilitate a secure manual transfer.
Timeline & Support
Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your funds, please contact us at poolshark@jalaquainternational.com.
